Eigentlich ist das jährlich stattfindende LONDON SCI-FI FESTIVAL ein Ort für Fans kultiger Science Fiction - hauptsächlich diesbezüglicher Filme. Doch gerade die Film- und Spielmedien wachsen ja immer mehr zusammen, wie wir Anhand einer eingehenden Betrachtung vor Kurzem erst feststellten. Es wundert daher nicht, dass ein Megapublisher wie Electronic Arts dieses Festival direkt als Sponsor unterstützt. Für alle anwesenden Spieler hat dies ein Gutes: Die Spiele Spore, Dead Space sowie die am 6. Mai erscheinende PC-Fassung des Action-RPGs Mass Effect werden dort exklusiv gezeigt! Es ist sogar anzunehmen, dass man diese Hits live vor Ort wird anspielen können!

Gleichfalls werden C&C Tiberium Wars: Kanes Rache und die EA-Spielberg Coentwicklung Boom Blox mit Specials vertreten sein.

WAS genau für die Besucher anzuspielen ist, wurde noch nicht festgelegt. Ein Sprecher sagt jedoch, die Mehrzahl stünde hierfür bereit.

Speziell für Dead Space seien hier exklusive neue Trailer, Bilder und Aufnahmen geplant. Für das Horrorspektakel ist offensichtlich auf jeden Fall "Hands-on Time" für eine Testrunde verfügbar.
